All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

4. Booking and Payment

• Prices may vary depending on demand, seasonality, and length of stay
• Payment terms (advance payment or full payment) will be communicated at the time of booking
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms

5. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-out: before [11:00]

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

6. Mandatory ID Verification and Guest Registration

In accordance with Romanian legislation applicable to accommodation providers:

• All guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID (passport or national ID card) prior to or at check-in
• We may collect and process guest identification data for the purpose of mandatory registration with Romanian authorities
• Failure to provide valid identification may result in refusal of accommodation without refund
• The person making the reservation must ensure that all guests comply with these requirements

We reserve the right to verify identity remotely (e.g. via secure online forms) before arrival.

7. Guest Responsibilities

By staying with us, you agree to:

• Respect the property, furnishings, and common areas
• Not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed
• Comply with all house rules communicated before or during the stay
• Avoid disturbing neighbors (including respecting quiet hours)
• Not organize parties, events, or commercial activities unless explicitly approved

The guest who made the booking is responsible for the behavior of all occupants.

8. Damage, Security and Liability

• Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay
• We reserve the right to charge repair, replacement, or extra cleaning costs
• A security deposit may be required depending on the booking

We are not liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
• Injuries occurring on the premises unless caused by proven negligence
• Service interruptions beyond our control (utilities, internet, force majeure)

9. Cleaning and Laundry Services

• Standard cleaning is included as specified in the booking
• Additional cleaning services can be provided upon request
• As we operate our own laundry facilities, extra cleaning, linen changes, and laundry services are available at additional cost
• Fees will be communicated in advance and must be accepted by the guest

Excessive dirtiness or misuse of the property may result in additional cleaning charges.

10. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate and booking platform used
• In case of cancellation, applicable fees will be retained according to the selected policy
• No-shows or failure to check-in may result in 100% charge of the reservation

11. House Rules

Guests must comply with all house rules, including but not limited to:

• Smoking restrictions
• Noise limitations
• Proper use of appliances and facilities

Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Copy, distribute, or exploit website content without permission

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or utility failures.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Romanian law.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
